Instructions to be followed while filling Exam Form

1.       Confirm Pattern CBSGS / CBCGS.

2.       Avoid doing any mistakes while filling exam form.

3.       Enter Proper Enrolment number; list will be displayed on notice board F.E Dept.

4.    Ensure that you have entered correct spelling of your name (starting with Surname) in ENGLISH & MARATHI.

5.       2 Copies of CHALLAN will be generated (student & office/college copy)

6.       Ensure both copies are signed by you.

7.       Office/college copy and student copy to be printed separately.

8.       Submit office/college copy with required exam fees printed on CHALLAN.

9.       Preserve student CHALLAN and exam form fees receipt properly until you don't receive HALL TICKETS.

10. Last Date to submit form in college office is 22/09/18; remaining dates are for official work.

11. Submitted exam forms will be confirmed/approved by exam section. Approved/Unapproved status will be displayed on APSIT website, Moodle link or notice board on 26/09/2018.

12. Incase your name is in both the list, ensure that the challan no. in approved list and the challan no. of student copy should be same.

13. If your exam form status is only in unapproved list & not there in approved list, contact immediately to exam section to resolve the issue.

Only submitted hard copy exam forms in exam section will be confirmed/approved by exam section. Approved/Unapproved status list will be displayed on APSIT website, Moodle Latest News Section or notice board on 27/09/2018.
